Maple Rye Bliss

  • 2 ounce McTavish Rye Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Amaretto
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce maple sryup
  • egg white
  • 4 cherries for garnish
  1. If you’re using the egg white, start by doing what’s called a ‘dry shake.’ Put the whiskey, amaretto, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white into your shaker without ice, and shake it vigorously. This helps to emulsify the egg white and get that nice froth.
  2. Add ice to your shaker, and shake again until it’s well-chilled.
  3. Strain your cocktail into a glass.
  4. Garnish with four cherries
  5. Enjoy responsibly!
