This first edition of my Legacy Series is named after my two wonderful daughters, Hope and Honor
Children bring something unique to all of us. They inspire our future and provide us with hope for something better. They stand, for me, as a celebration of life and its enrichment. This whiskey is for them. A harmonious blend of premium 6 and 7 year old bourbon, meticulously finished in peated Scotch casks, embodying the union of Scottish tradition and American spirit, it truly encapsulates the essence of “A Scotsman’s Dream of America.” It marks part of the legacy we all share with our kin. Something that will last. It’s my honor to share the first edition of my Legacy Series with you, and I hope you love it as much as I do.
Nose
Deep, caramelized brown sugar and toffee, hints of dark chocolate and oak char. Subtle notes of dried fruit and smokiness.
Taste
Rich, silky texture. Burst of vanilla bean, baked apple, and cinnamon spice. As the sip deepens, the Scotch cask becomes more pronounced, bringing in earthly tones of smoked malt and toasted almonds.
Finish
Long and lingering, with smoke gently fading. Leaves behind traces of honey, dark cocoa, and spiced oak. A final hint of charred wood and smoky sweetness.
